Stro

Something quiet is being built.

A wearable designed to support how your body naturally holds itself — worn under clothing, without interruption.

Follow along as I finish building it.

Why I Started This

Stro began with a simple observation.

Over the years — first as an athlete, and later through creative work — I became aware of how easily modern life pulls the body out of its natural organization. Long hours sitting. Moving less. Holding tension without noticing it.

Most posture solutions I encountered required constant effort — reminders, correction, discipline. They asked you to do more.

I wanted to explore something quieter.

Something you could wear under clothing. Something that didn't demand attention. Something that fit into real life rather than interrupting it.

That's what I'm building now — and what I'm documenting here.

For

Stro is for people who:

  • Spend long hours sitting or standing - and feel it in their body by the end of the day
  • Care about posture as a felt experience, not a visual ideal
  • Prefer subtle support over correction, reminders, or discipline
  • Want something that fits into everyday life, not another routine
  • Are curious, patient, and open to gradual change
  • Appreciate thoughtful design that works quietly in the background
  • Want less effort — not more instructions

Not For

Stro isn't for people who:

  • Expect an instant transformation
  • Are looking for a medical or therapeutic device
  • Expect something to force their body into position
  • Prefer apps, alerts, metrics, or constant feedback
  • Are looking for a performance gadget for intense training
  • Expect one solution to work in every situation

Stro isn't about perfect posture.
It's about helping your body find its own sense of balance — naturally.
